The Silver Fox reminded me he had also cooked Beef Stroganoff and Thai Chicken Curry with rice. He thought you would like to know. Here is a photo of the peppered steak with cheese and cherry tomatoes

Quick Update...

Thought I would give you a quick Easter update. The Silver Fox is home. His family have just left and we had a wonderful time: beach, walking, swimming, weather was fab.. Now they have gone and guess what?
