I like to make desserts. I love to make them. Desserts I do. Pavlova, cakes, cheesecake... I like making baked cheesecake but the Silver Fox r-e-a-l-l-y loves plain lemon cheesecake the best. I made him one for his birthday and knew when I was cutting it that he was watching so that there would be leftovers. There was and he likes to eat a slice for breakfast. It is the way he is. Invite me to dinner and I will always offer to whip up a little something. I made this one above but substituted blueberries instead of raspberries on this occasion. It really took no time and looks so f-a-b-u-l-o-us. It also tastes nice too because it has almond meal in it. Sigh..... I also made a Donna Hay Pear and Blueberry cake for dessert over Easter, with whipped cream. Is your mouth watering?
