What a wonderful weekend that was!! Thank you for all your lovely comments. You know, I never usually see the Silver Fox as romantic but I agree, he is very romantic!! To plan such a surprise was just so heavenly. It was so nice to be a couple again. And a family unit again. I declare never to take life, people and love for granted.

Happpy Anniversary, I am just catching up! It is difficult when your partner is away. I am in the same boat at the moment but also spent a lovely weekend together in Cairns. Bliss! ;-)
ReplyDeleteSo glad that you had a happy weekend together. At the end of the day, I guess that's what all this is about really - just being with the people you love and making the most of life. Hope you will be able to get together again fairly soon. It's not easy when they're working away. My husband was in the Armed Forces for quite a long period of our marriage, so I know what it's like!
