I bought a little book called 'Everyday Happy 365 Ways to a Better You' by Jenny Hare. Hhhmmmm, sounds fun doesn't it? Sounds like my kind of book. Instructions: Start at Day 1. Okay, not too hard. Let's see. Day 1: Do Something Really Active. Oh-o! 1 cups of coffee and blogging isn't really what Jenny had in mind but, hey, maybe I'll start tomorrow? On the side is 'Today's Thought': just do it!! I like it. My life motto!!! Tomorrow's advise it to take a long hot bath....... Sounds promising this happiness gig!!! I will keep you posted...
